At the end of 2024, I quit my part-time restaurant job. My agency wasn’t working. I had dabbled in SMMA, tried automations and AI—but nothing stuck.
January 2025 was a mental low. I was broke, burnt out, and directionless.
The very next month I would hit a record income of $11,641.70 through cold calling and my network.
But it wasn’t stable.
One-off projects. No retention. No growth path.
Beginning of April: I pivoted and partnered up with a friend, we decided to niche down into real estate media.
It meant starting from scratch - new systems, clearer offer, rebuilding our portfolio from the ground up
We spent the next 3 months doing free work for local agents with no money up front, but just gave as much value as we could
